Natalie has been in the makeup and hair industry since 2004, starting her career with the Estée Lauder brands. Quickly jumping into a management roll while in college at UNCC Natalie knew the cosmetic industry is where she would spend her career. Over the years she has managed several salons in the Charlotte market but always continued to do makeup on the side. She has had the honor of working with many brides and their bridal parties, photographers on magazine and lifestyle shoots, and in production with the Carolina Panthers. In 2016 NLGlam was officially born and the NLGlam family has continued to grow since the beginning.
